Kids Club FAQs

Are the teachers checked?
Yes! All our Kids Club teachers are fully DBS checked and experienced in working with young people.

Do I need to stay on site?
Yes, parents and guardians must remain in the building while children are in class. The good news is, you can book yourself into a wellness class (Pilates, yoga, or fitness) that runs at the same time. Please book your spot in advance.

What happens after class?
To keep the flow of activities smooth for everyone, please collect your child promptly and exit the space once the class ends. We can’t allow loitering in the studios or corridors between classes.

Is the building accessible?
Yes, the whole building is accessible by lift. The Kids Club hall is a bright, spacious 1000 sq ft studio.

Can I take photos or videos?
For safeguarding reasons, no photos or videos can be taken while other children are in the room.

Can I get a refund if we miss a class?
We’re not able to refund courses that have already started. Each course is a set block, so please check the dates before booking.

How many spaces are in each class?

• Dance courses: under 25 places

• Film & photography courses: capped at 12 places

• Each ticket admits one child only.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Is CCTV in operation?
Yes, for everyone’s safety, CCTV is operational across all areas of the building.

What happens to lost property?
Lost property is cleared out every two weeks, so please check in quickly if you think something has been left behind.

Please bring water, wear comfy clothes and trainers, but no food in the studios.
